I have officially been in business for 1.5 years, YAY ME, and I feel like I am more clueless now then I was then. Not meaning that I am not sure of what I do but I am not sure where I want the business to go.
We should always focus on the big picture and not get distracted by the little nuisances that will cross your path and believe me they will come. Today you may have intentions on helping people but you have to be profitable.
Profit is what makes the business a business. With that being said. Focus on the growth of your company by having a plan. I find my self reminding myself that you must plan or you plan to fail. YES the plan will change, Yes the rules will change but the goal will not. It isn't the road you travel but the fact that you get to the destination.
